We recommend that you first get pre-approved for a FHA
mortgage and then we will assist with getting you educated on the down
payment program that is right for you. Remember that there can be a
limited amount of funds available within a certain Grant Down Payment
Assistance Program. There can also be income limitations, maximum
purchase prices and in some cases partial repayment may be required if you
sell the home in a specified period of time. Programs such as
Nehemiah and AmeriDream will always have funding available as the Seller
of the home participates with the Gift Funds Program up to 6% of the price
of the home. As the guidelines and availability of these programs
